Welcome to Memory Maestro- road to champs. We take your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy explains how the app collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By using Memory Maestro- road to champs, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Memory Maestro- road to champs is a memory training app that works entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information, and the app has no account registration system. All practice records, number code settings, memory palaces, loci, and markers are stored locally on your device (in on-device storage such as localStorage / IndexedDB). We cannot access this data.

1.1 Data You Create (Stored Only on Your Device)

Practice and challenge history (scores, accuracy, time taken)
Names, descriptions, and categories of the memory palaces you create
Locus images or videos you select from your device's photo library
Markers and labels you add to locus images or videos

1.2 Device Permissions

Photo Library: The app only accesses media files you explicitly select through the system picker when adding images or videos to your loci. It never accesses your photo library on its own.
Speech Synthesis: Used only for the "Number Dictation" feature. Speech is generated entirely on-device; no audio is recorded and no voice data is collected.
Microphone: The app does not record or access the microphone.

1.3 Purchase Information

If you subscribe to the monthly plan, the transaction is processed entirely by the Apple App Store (StoreKit) on iOS. We do not collect or store your payment information (such as credit card numbers). Transaction data is handled by Apple under their respective privacy policies. The app only reads your subscription status on-device to unlock premium features.

1.4 Analytics and Advertising

The app does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking technologies (including cross-app tracking), or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), or usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

All data is processed locally on your device for the following purposes only:

Recording and displaying your practice progress and history
Letting you create, edit, and manage your memory palaces and loci
Verifying your subscription status on-device to unlock features you have purchased

3. Data Storage and Security

All of your practice records and memory palace data are stored locally on your device. Unless you use device backups (such as iCloud Backup), this data never leaves your device. We do not store or sync your content on any server.

4. Third-Party Services

The app itself does not transmit data to any third party, but it relies on the following system-provided frameworks and services:

Apple StoreKit (iOS): Handles in-app purchases and subscriptions. Transactions are processed by Apple; see the Apple Privacy Policy.
Capacitor Framework: An open-source framework used to package the app for iOS and Android. It does not collect personal data.

Other than the operating system and store providers processing purchases under their own policies, we do not share your data with anyone.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Because all data is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it and no ability to share it.

6. Children's Privacy

Memory Maestro- road to champs is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data at all, children's practice records are likewise stored only on the device. If you have concerns about children's privacy, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

Because all data stays on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

Delete practice records, memory palaces, or loci within the app
Revoke photo library access in your device settings
Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data
Manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will provide notice within the app where appropriate. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
